We collect project files, material schedules, site attendance logs, and financial transaction summaries uploaded by authenticated users to provide construction management workflows and analytics on Apptimate One.

2. Usage of Collected Data

Operational datasets are processed to run predictive forecasting algorithms, automate risk assessments, generate executive command center metric displays, and trigger anomaly alerts. Your data is strictly isolated per tenant environment.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All data transmitted to or stored within the Apptimate platform is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (AES-256 for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit). Regular vulnerability scans and penetration testing are conducted to ensure system safety.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We do not sell, rent, or trade client datasets to third-party advertisers. Data may be shared with authorized ERP plugins (e.g., standard SMS gateways, bank settlement APIs, maps providers) solely to perform actions requested by the user.

5. Retaining and Deleting Data

Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription agreement. Upon request or subscription termination, all stored databases, operational metrics, and backup mirrors are fully deleted from Apptimus hosting nodes within 30 business days.

6. Platform Cookies & Telemetry

Apptimate One utilizes security tokens and persistent local sessions to verify user authentication states and preserve interface selections. Subtle, non-identifiable usage patterns are analyzed to optimize dashboard load speeds.
